Frequently asked questions
- No, joining is free, with no membership or per-lead fees. bidRAIL charges a flat 7% fulfillment fee on completed work, change orders included, and handles billing, capturing payment on most jobs. That’s the only charge, and only on work you complete.
- No. Every opportunity is pre-scoped, and on Direct Dispatch the price is already set, so you accept with a single tap. It’s never a shared lead five other contractors also bought.
- An active state license, general liability at $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate (the standard contractor policy most shops already carry), and active workers’ comp. bidRAIL is also named as an additional insured.
- Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Outside these states? Apply and we’ll add you to the Wave-2 waitlist.
- We follow up about joining the pilot. We’re onboarding a small founding group per state, so we verify your credentials before you set your pricing and start receiving pre-measured opportunities.
